Show this at Jaya Jusco. If you are short of 1 cent coins when paying at cashier, feel free to grap from the tray. Not sure if this has got something to do with our government announcing 1 cent coins will no longer valid from 1st April 2008, I find this caring & practical.

We often asked to enter some characters from a box. Follow the text, we just have to key-in exactly the same text. Ever wonder why?

Templates of meeting agendas, product brochures, calendars, greeting cards, presentations, invoices, purchase orders, reports, databases, letters, post cards, resumes, resignation letters etc etc etc.

What time should you sleep?

Good rest and sound sleep is very Important... if u don't sleep well, the toxic in your body will accumulate...Affecting your health and your mood...

Because....

9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music.

11pm - 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
