It's called the Premier Paid Toilet, located on the ground floor, where all the designers' brands are.
I paid RM2 for the experience and to tour you around....First, you pay at the enterance, and these are what you get.
A sanitizer moist towel & a receipt
The inside...at a glance, I can only see the only different with free toilets at other floors is the toiletries at the hand wash area, and some Johnson's products (baby powder & lotion) at the baby napkin changing area (next to the long mirror).
Body lotion, body mist, face mist spray, and hair conditioner. They're all from Body Shop. Tried the face mist & body lotion. Nice :-)
Other than that, the toilet cubicles are of ordinary.
My conclusion: No need to waste your money to try...haha.

the toilet in klia business lounge uses the brand from aigner instead of body shop.
